Data Protection

Files at rest are protected by enterprise grade 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), one of the most secure methods to encrypt and decrypt data and files. During transit, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) are used between apps and servers. Transit is further secured by SSL/TLS guarded by 128-bit or higher Advanced Encryption Standard (AES).
All keys used in file encryption are stored in a commercial key vault. Full ephemeral cipher suites, a set of algorithms that best secure a network connection.

Privacy

Privacy is protected by login features that include enterprise identity management and multi-factor authentication. Users control file availability for collaboration or sharing. Recordings are available for download, storage or deletion.

Monitoring

Two-step verification at login provides extra protection, with options to receive codes by text or from an authentication app. Files are viewable only by those who have a link to them.
Network traffic to our servers is monitored for suspicious behavior and may restrict access to protect your data. Vulnerabilities are continuously monitored, detected and corrected in infrastructure and applications.
Engineering audits include static code analysis (UI code), manual code review, web scanner and penetration testing. Seamless integration of our cloud solution with the organization’s framework is ongoing, protecting security and privacy.
